When we (Me & Ravi) went to mangalore, we stood at the base of KP and said we are coming back for this. Ra has done it 4 times already. Decided on Thursday evening and I almost missed the bus on friday evening. If you have read the book The Andromeda Strain, trivial errors compounds to bigger problems - like running out of food!

This is what I take back from the trek:
I met humans. We shared food when four of us had to eat out of 8 biscuits and nothing else was available. We shared firewood & fuel. When one was hurt the other took his backpack. We silently endured pain because we didn’t want to slow down the group.
Any effort that is beyond your imaginary boundary would bring out your character. The good ones like ‘determination’, ‘perseverance’, ‘focus’… Other side of the coin is that sometimes these celebrated attributes hides the evil ones lurking beneath. Winner stands alone.
